Team-building Course: «A Learning Experience with a Difference»… The main elements of this course are Team-building, Leadership, and Communication & Personal Challenge. Problem solving exercises, planning, organising, implementing and evaluating decisions are all intricate part of the course. All tasks involve a «hands on» approach but there will be a selection of tasks to suit all levels of fitness: from «the Bog Walk» (team communication)… to «The River Task» (physical challenge). Team Challenge Event: A physical and challenging event for all team members!! The event sets off across moor land, through forests, explores the depth of a cave, involves trail quest with mountain bikes and archery on the move, and lastly requires you to navigate your way home in a canoe.
