Jean Pierre Mulgate has authored several cookery books as well as presenting his own television show on the continent and running several successful restaurants. Jean Pierre now lives in Ireland with his family. Andy Green was the Head Chef at Lords and had the opportunity to train the young Ainsley Harriot before establishing and running his own restaurant for fourteen years.
