Plan an eventIt's never been easier to plan an event at the Best Western Hotel Carlton. To begin, simply fill out our “Event Profile” form. Should you have any questions at any time, please call +44 (0) 28686 58 282 for immediate assistance. Remember, you can use the “Event Profile” to book a block of rooms in our hotel for out of town guests even if you don’t need information on event space. - Complete the online “Event Profile” form entering all the required information.
- Please include the name of your event in the specified field (for instance, “Sarah’s Wedding” or “Dominican College School Reunion”) and skip sections 4 and 5.
- Click “No Meeting Rooms” if you are hosting your event outside of the hotel and are only interested in booking a block of rooms for your guests.
- Once you’re satisfied with the information, click “Submit”. A confirmation message will let you know that your proposal has been sent and that you’ll be hearing back from someone at the hotel shortly.
